"Shut up, just SHUT UP!" Came the frustrated voice of a young adult woman. Her hands were curled into tight fists, her knuckles white. Icy gaze was glaring at her older brother, the corners of her mouth pulling back to reveal her teeth like a savage dog. And what her canine, Scar, did was the same thing. He bared his teeth viciously, growling deep in his throat. The man grinned playfully and snickered. "What are you going to do about it? Huh? HUH?" He asked his younger sister, smirk crossing his lips. Scar barked and snapped at his leg and Alex gave him a hand signal to stop, and he did. "Why do you always pick on me? Sometimes I just wish..." She trailed off, not wanting to finish. She loved him because he was her brother, but he was such a pain in the ass. "Go on, say it." He said, almond gaze on hers. "No!" She said and turned around, crossing her arms over her chest and walking to an over-stuffed chair and sitting down in it with a 'hmph.' Her icy eyes shifted to Michael again and then to her dog as he came up beside the chair, laying down at her feet. Michael walked toward her and smirked once more. "It's so funny," He said, pausing for a moment, "when you go into your little b.itchy fits" He finished slightly reaching over and pulling her brunette locks. She smacked down on his hand harshly with her fist. He recoiled quickly and glared. "Get the hell out of here! GET THE HELL OUT OF MY LIFE!" She finally screamed at him, tears streaming down her face. Michael backed off and almost immediately, Scar jumped up and ran to him, biting his pant leg and pulling, ripping it. Then he let go and trotted back to his master. "Son of a b.itch!" He cried and looked down at his torn pants. He looked up at the canine and pointed a finger at him, veins popping out of his neck as he walked toward Scar. "I'm going to kick your-" He then was cut off and suddenly halted as Alex shot up from her seat, pointing her own index finger in his face, almost touching his nose. "You leave him alone." She hissed at him and then pushed him back wards. Michael backed up a few steps and then turned and walked toward the door, opening it and walking out, slamming it behind him. Alex sat back down and buried her face in her hands, letting it all out by sobbing. Scar whimpered and licked her arm gently, laying his head upon her knee to comfort her.

Alexa, who had come into the lounge for a soda was sitting on the couch witnessing the whole thing. As an extrovert she usually makes her presence known but she decided to sit and wait until the fight calmed down a little. Are you OK? She asked to the crying figure on the couch

Slight gasp escaped the brunette as she raised her head to look upon the unknown girl. She wiped her face to rid the tears. "No, I am not." She said roughly toward her, not meaning to be rude or anything.

Startled at her abrupt response Alexa backed off, then in her heading, intrusive nature decided introduce herself. Well...my name is Alexa, and I'm here if you need to talk As her voice trailed off she picked up a new copy of Vogue that was laying on the coffee table.
